Understanding Our Refund Policy

Why Are Sales Final?

Ticket Squeeze operates as a ticket resale marketplace.

When an order is placed:

  • Tickets are secured from the seller on your behalf
  • The seller begins the fulfillment process immediately
  • Costs associated with the transaction are incurred right away
  • Tickets generally cannot be returned to the seller

Because of this process, orders cannot be canceled, exchanged, or modified after purchase.

Like most ticket marketplaces, all sales are considered final.

Why Can't Tickets Be Refunded?

Unlike many retail purchases, event tickets are tied to a specific date, time, and inventory allocation.

Once an order is confirmed:

  • The tickets are reserved specifically for you
  • The seller is committed to fulfilling the order
  • Ticket inventory is removed from the marketplace
  • Reversing the transaction may result in unrecoverable costs

For these reasons, refunds are not available simply because plans change or tickets are no longer needed.

When Are Refunds Available?

While most orders are non-refundable, certain situations are covered by the Ticket Squeeze guarantee.

You may be eligible for a refund if:

  • The event is canceled and not rescheduled
  • Your order is canceled by Ticket Squeeze
  • We are unable to provide tickets that meet the terms of your purchase
  • A suitable replacement cannot be provided when required

If one of these situations occurs, our team will review the order and explain the available options.

What If I Can No Longer Attend?

We understand that plans can change after a purchase is made.

Although refunds are not available for scheduling conflicts or personal circumstances, you may still have options.

Transfer Your Tickets

Many mobile tickets can be transferred to a friend, family member, or colleague.

Resell Your Tickets

You may be able to list your tickets through a third-party resale platform.

Review Any Optional Coverage

If you purchased ticket protection or event insurance, review your policy documents to determine whether your situation may qualify for coverage.

Helpful Things to Know

Event Changes Do Not Automatically Qualify for Refunds

Postponed and rescheduled events generally honor the original tickets for the new date.

Ticket Delivery Delays Are Often Normal

Many tickets are intentionally released closer to the event date by venues, artists, teams, and primary ticketing providers.

Your Order Remains Protected

All confirmed orders remain covered under the Ticket Squeeze guarantee, including valid tickets and on-time delivery.
