How Do I Access Tickets Sent Through AXS?
This guide will walk you through accessing your tickets using the AXS app so you're ready for event day.
Step 1: Check Your Email
If your event uses AXS Mobile ID, your tickets are typically delivered to the email address used for your order.
Look for an email with a subject similar to:
"Tickets Just Got Sent To You"
The email may come directly from AXS, a venue, a team, or another event partner.
This email confirms that your tickets have been transferred and are ready to access.
Didn't Receive the Email?
That's okay.
In many cases, the tickets are already available in your AXS account. Continue to the next step and sign in using the email address associated with your order.
Step 2: Download the AXS App
Download the AXS mobile app from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
The AXS app is the fastest and easiest way to access your tickets and is required for many AXS Mobile ID events.
Having trouble with the app? You can also sign in at AXS.com using a web browser.
Step 3: Log In or Create an AXS Account
Use the same email address associated with your order.
Already Have an AXS Account?
Simply sign in with your existing credentials.
Forgot your password? Use the "Forgot Password?" option on the login screen to reset it.
New to AXS?
Tap Sign Up and create an account using the same email address associated with your order.
AXS will send a verification email before you can complete the login process.
If you're having trouble receiving the verification code:
- Wait 30 seconds and try again
- Choose to receive the code by email, text message, or phone call (if available)
Step 4: Locate Your Tickets
After signing in:
- Tap Your Tickets
- Select your event
- Review your ticket information
Once your tickets appear, you'll typically have the option to add them to:
- Apple Wallet
- Google Wallet
Don't See an Add to Wallet Option?
No problem.
You can still access your tickets directly through the AXS app by opening the event under Your Tickets.
Why Do I Only See One QR Code?
This is one of the most common questions we receive.
If you purchased multiple tickets, you may expect to see a separate barcode for each ticket. However, AXS Mobile ID works differently.
AXS uses a single Mobile ID barcode that is linked to your account and refreshes automatically for security purposes.
When you arrive at the venue:
- The same barcode will be scanned multiple times
- One scan is used for each ticket associated with your order
- This is completely normal and does not indicate that tickets are missing
Pro Tips for a Smooth Entry
- Use the same device to access and present your tickets
- Add tickets to your mobile wallet when available
- Charge your phone before arriving at the venue
- Increase screen brightness before scanning
- Arrive with the AXS app already logged in to avoid delays
