How Will I Receive My Tickets?

We offer several delivery methods, and the specific delivery type for your order will always be displayed before you complete your purchase.

Here’s a breakdown of the most common delivery methods:


Mobile Delivery

Your tickets will be delivered digitally and must be displayed on an iOS or Android device for entry.

  • Be sure to access your tickets using the same email address used during checkout.

  • Many mobile tickets are delivered through the venue's or primary ticketing provider's platform (such as Ticketmaster or AXS).

  • Depending on the event, barcodes or QR codes may not appear until closer to the event date.

  • Some mobile deliveries may be provided as mobile PDFs, while others require accepting a ticket transfer.

Tip: Mobile tickets typically cannot be printed. Make sure your phone is charged and ready when you arrive at the venue.


Print-at-Home

Your tickets will be delivered as a PDF file that must be printed before attending the event.

  • Download and print your tickets before leaving for the venue.

  • Each ticket should be printed clearly and completely.

  • Faded, damaged, or partially printed barcodes may not scan properly at entry.

Tip: If you don't have access to a printer, local print shops, office supply stores, libraries, or hotels (if you're traveling) may be able to assist.


Shipping via UPS

Physical tickets, credentials, or wristbands will be shipped directly to the address provided during checkout.

  • Most domestic shipments are sent via UPS Next Day Air or UPS 2nd Day Air.

  • You'll receive tracking information as soon as your order ships.

  • Please ensure someone can receive the package at the shipping address provided.

Custom Delivery

Some events require special delivery arrangements.

  • Tickets may need to be picked up at a designated location near the venue.

  • In some cases, a seller representative may accompany you into the venue to validate the tickets.

  • A valid photo ID is often required.
