In many cases, ticket deliveries are completed in multiple batches, and receiving only part of an order is completely normal.
Why Does This Happen?
Tickets are sometimes delivered in stages, especially for larger orders or when tickets are being transferred from multiple sources.
Even though you placed a single order, you may receive:
- Some tickets first and the remaining tickets later
- Multiple transfer emails
- Separate PDF deliveries
If you've just received part of your order, the remaining tickets may still be processing.
Give It a Few Minutes
For many mobile and PDF deliveries, additional tickets arrive shortly after the first batch.
It's not unusual for deliveries to be separated by several minutes, even when all tickets are being fulfilled on the same day.
Check Your In-Hand Date
If the in-hand date listed on your order has not yet passed, the remaining tickets may still be scheduled for delivery.
You can find your in-hand date in:
- Your order confirmation email
- Your order details page
- Delivery update emails
Remember, the in-hand date represents the seller's estimated delivery timeframe and tickets are often delivered before that date.
