All Sales Are Final
Once an order is placed, it is immediately submitted for fulfillment and cannot be modified, exchanged, or canceled.
As outlined in our terms of service, all sales are final.
Why Can't Tickets Be Exchanged?
Ticket Squeeze operates as a resale marketplace where ticket availability and pricing change in real time.
Once your order is confirmed, we're unable to:
- Exchange tickets for a different event or date
- Increase or decrease the number of tickets on an existing order
- Upgrade or downgrade seat locations
- Swap tickets for a different section or row
Because inventory changes constantly, tickets cannot be modified after purchase.
Are Upgrades Ever Available?
In rare cases, replacement tickets may be provided if the original seats purchased are no longer available.
When this happens, comparable or upgraded tickets may be offered to fulfill the order. These replacements are provided as part of the fulfillment process and cannot be requested as a seat upgrade.

What If I Find Seats I Like Better?
You're welcome to place a new order for different tickets at any time.
Please note that your original order will remain unchanged and is not eligible for cancellation, exchange, or refund.
What Can I Do With Tickets I No Longer Need?
If you can no longer attend the event, you may be able to resell your tickets through a third-party resale platform, depending on the ticket type and the policies of the ticket provider.
