Many colleges, universities, and venues use Paciolan as their ticketing platform. This guide will walk you through locating your transfer, signing in, and viewing your tickets.
Step 1: Look for the Transfer Email
You'll typically receive an email from either:
- Paciolan
- The home team or venue
- The school's ticket office
Subject lines often look similar to:
"[Sender Name] wants to send you tickets"
Can't Find the Email?
Try searching your inbox for:
- The event name
- The home team or venue
- Paciolan
- eVenue
- The performer or opponent name
Don't forget to check your spam, junk, and promotions folders.
Even if you can't locate the transfer email, you may still be able to access your tickets by signing in directly through the team's Account Manager or ticket portal.
Step 2: Accept the Transfer
Open the transfer email and click Accept Transfer.
This will direct you to the team's Paciolan ticket portal.
Step 3: Sign In or Create an Account
Use the same email address associated with your order.
Already Have an Account?
Sign in using your existing credentials.
New to Paciolan?
Select Create Account and complete the registration process.
Important: Be sure to use the same email address that received the transfer. Using a different email address may prevent your tickets from appearing.
Step 4: View Your Tickets
After signing in:
- Navigate to My Upcoming Events
- Select your event
- Open My Tickets
Your tickets should now be available for viewing.
Step 5: Add Your Tickets to Your Mobile Wallet
Once your tickets are visible, you'll typically have the option to:
- Add to Apple Wallet
- Add to Google Wallet
Saving your tickets to your digital wallet before arriving at the venue is highly recommended, especially if cellular service may be limited on event day.
Helpful Tips
Can't Find Your Tickets?
Double-check that you're signed in with the same email address that received the transfer.
Can't Add Tickets to Your Wallet?
Don't worry. In most cases, your tickets can still be accessed directly through the team's ticket portal on your mobile device.
Search Beyond the Sender Address
Many Paciolan transfers come from the team or venue rather than directly from Paciolan. Searching for the event name, team name, or "eVenue" often helps locate the transfer email.
