Check for Recent Email Updates
We send important delivery updates by email, including shipping confirmations and tracking information.
Before assuming there's a problem, check your inbox for any recent messages regarding your order.
Be sure to:
- Review your most recent emails
- Check your spam, junk, and promotions folders
- Search for the event name or your order number
Have Your Tickets Shipped Yet?
If your tickets have not shipped yet, don't worry.
Many mailed tickets are delivered closer to the event date, depending on when the seller receives the tickets from the venue, team, or event organizer.
Once your tickets ship, you'll receive an email containing:
- Shipping confirmation
- Tracking information
- Delivery updates
Until you receive a shipping confirmation, your order may still be in the fulfillment process.
My Tickets Have Shipped
If your tickets have already shipped, check the tracking information included in your shipping confirmation email.
UPS tracking updates provide the most accurate delivery information available.
Please note that newly created tracking numbers may take up to 24 hours to begin showing movement.
My Tracking Says "Delivered," But I Can't Find My Package
If your tracking information shows Delivered but the package isn't immediately visible:
- Check around your mailbox, porch, or entryway
- Look near side doors, garages, gates, or package lockers
- Ask neighbors, building staff, front desk personnel, or household members if they accepted the package
- Check any delivery instructions or photos provided by the carrier
Sometimes packages are marked as delivered shortly before they actually arrive.
When Should I Be Concerned?
If:
- Your event is approaching and you still haven't received your tickets
- The tracking information appears stalled for an extended period
- Your package shows delivered but cannot be located
please contact us as soon as possible so we can review the situation.
