Which Orders Does This Apply To?
This article applies to orders that use:
- Custom Delivery
- Special Delivery
- Will Call Pickup
- Seller Meet-Up Delivery
These delivery methods require tickets to be picked up in person rather than being shipped or transferred electronically.
Can Someone Else Pick Up My Tickets?
In most cases, tickets are prepared under the name listed on the order.
The person picking up the tickets is typically required to present:
- A valid government-issued photo ID
- Any additional documentation required by the venue or ticket provider
Because of this, the original purchaser is generally expected to complete the pickup.
Can the Pickup Name Be Changed?
In some cases, yes.
If someone else needs to pick up the tickets, we can submit a pickup name change request on your behalf.
However:
- Name changes are not guaranteed
- Approval depends on the ticket provider or seller
- Requests must be made before the pickup instructions are finalized
- Some events do not allow pickup name changes under any circumstances
Request Changes as Early as Possible
If you know someone else will need to pick up the tickets, contact us as soon as possible.
Submitting the request early provides the best opportunity for us to work with the ticket provider and determine whether a change can be made.
Watch for Your Pickup Instructions
Before the event, you'll receive instructions explaining:
- Where to pick up your tickets
- When to arrive
- What identification is required
- Any event-specific pickup procedures
Be sure to review these instructions carefully once they arrive.
